You see a leaf floating aimlessly on the floor. They watched closely as the wind takes the paper again and again they moved from place to place. Your mind does the same. It moves from Place to place. In no time your mind has floated an awkward time or to a place you want to be. Free-floating anxiety can you miserable if you can, the Wind of life to control your thoughts.
If this phenomenon occurs, you feel trapped in your thoughts, angry or sad or disappointed with life. Want to stop the thoughts that you want to change how you feel, but you do not know exactly how to change theses floating leaves of misery.
The solution to this problem begins with the identification of these thoughts. You can not change what you do not think is broken. If you manage your thoughts Fear, anger or depression, know that your thinking is wrong. Your mind has become an area in which you want to be swimming not.
The next thing to realize what You are better off if you change your mind. If you do not like the floating city, your spirit, you can brush your opinion on a new area. Think of something else. Think of all that is good about the person, place, or what your mind has to stay elected. This could work, but you can achieve this task if you Decide from the misery.
If you have a problem when you are your thoughts, to ask God to help you think positive thoughts. God is a master of change, as one views the world. He has the ability to help, you see all the good in life when you give him the privilege to allow controlling your thoughts. He created the mind and he knows exactly how to help you see things differently.
Stop for a second, breathe deeply and relax. Take a look around and find one thing in the room or outside a window that you can be thankful for. Someone said that gratitude and fear are not the same area of the mind.
I write about this because I struggle with the problem of free-floating anxiety. It's strange how my mind is trying to be something in life to be anxious about. When I put my mind at all to some let him swim own I'm in trouble. I have to change a decision on what I think, to make you feel good about my day. If I'm not this negative Challenge thoughts and ask God for help, I will continue to make me miserable and all around me miserable. Challenging, correction, gratitude, and finding something positive to help always find me another moment of silence, and I think it will help you if you try.
Another thought about changing negative, "bad" Thoughts. Yes, I have the word evil because, in most cases, anxiety, fear, negative thoughts of evil, Satan. Now could not you believe in Satan and the is your business, but I am confident we are at war with Satan. If you are a child of God, again by the blood of Jesus you were born in war.
The Bible is clear about this fact. Satan wants to control our lives and he attacks with negative thoughts which are contrary to what God has said. God says love. Satan says hatred. God says have peace of mind. Satan creates chaos.
My point is, you can challenge and change negative thoughts and behaviors with specific principles from the Bible. The truth will set you free, but you need to know what is the truth. The truth is absolute. I will not spend much time debating truth. Let me encourage you to search through the Bible, try the Psalms, where a truth about God's love, kindness, and know these promises are for you. Do it, even if you never tried to the Bible to try. I promise it works. You can challenge the negative, free-floating thoughts, beautiful thoughts from the Bible.
